The palate is fresh and subtle with hints of black fruits with a licorice finish. Will pair nicely with grilled meats, chicken, and goat cheese.

About the winery: Domaine de la Verrière is located in Ventoux (a small region in Southern Rhône). All of their vines are planted on a slope in Clay limestone known as “ocre sand” so you will taste the minerality/stone in their wines. This winery only uses organic fertilizer to encourage and preserve the balance and microbiology of the soil.
